The Senior Citizen Community Building (SC/CC) is available to San Dimas residents and businesses only. Reservations may be made 90 days prior to date of requested use. The SC/CC accommodates up 120 people banquet-style.
In addition to the $500 security deposit due at the time of reservation, the cost is $100 for the first hour plus $30 for each additional hour of use, including any preparation time and clean-up time that is needed. The SC/CC has a kitchen that is available for an additional charge of $50. However, you will need to bring in all utensils and equipment. In addition, liability insurance to meet the standards of the City of San Dimas is required. The cost of special event liability insurance for most events is approximately $117, if no alcohol is served. If alcohol is served, an additional premium is required and varies in cost depending on the type of event. Payment may be made by cash, check or Visa/MasterCard.
The SC/CC can be set up for up to 120 people with 48” round tables and chairs. You will need to bring tablecloths.
You may rent the SC/CC for use during the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. Please note that you pay for each hour of use, including any decorating time and clean-up time. All activities, including clean-up, must cease at 12:00 a.m.
